This is a placeholder privacy notice for HireIQ’s early-access period. A full privacy policy will be published before any paid plan launches.
What we collect
- Account info: email, optional name.
- Interview content: voice recordings, transcripts, scores, and feedback for sessions you run.
- Resume content: text or PDFs you choose to upload.
- Standard usage logs: timestamps, IP, browser info — used for security and debugging.
How we use it
Your interview content is used to generate questions and feedback for you. We do not train AI models on your data and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Third-party processors
HireIQ uses Supabase for authentication and storage, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI APIs for transcription, question generation, and scoring. Audio and transcripts are sent to these providers as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We aim to complete deletion requests within 7 days.
